Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Shipping returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Free from any perfume, makeup, or damage
